Tiffany Tidrow, Facilities Coordinator for The MDC Group, is a natural and innovative solutions and process improver. With over a decade of experience in customer service, Tiffany understands the importance of ensuring stores are kept up and running to create the very best experience for our clients’ customers. Tiffany runs the day-to-day operations and staff in The MDC Group’s facilities division. Prior to working at The MDC Group, most recently, she put her problem-solving and communication skills to use as an administration and training coordinator in the education field preparing master service agreement and statements of work for her clients. She has held roles in other industries, including but not limited to, finance and medical with a customer service focus. Currently, Tiffany is working on her degree in Business Administration at Ivy Tech.
When Tiffany isn’t facilitating work orders, you will find her spending time with her family. When she’s not at her kids’ sporting events, she spends time painting ceramics, competing in sidewalk chalk competitions and doing home improvement projects.
